Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) describe the terms on which Poly Face Pug Makeup Artistry ("Company", "We", or "Us") provides makeup artist services to clients (“You”) and should be read along with our privacy policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book our services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book the services on your behalf.

3. Terms of Service

By booking and availing our services, you agree to these Terms, which may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not book our services.

4. Description of Services

We offer professional makeup services for various occasions, specializing in bridal makeup. Our services are customized to ensure comfort and longevity, typically lasting 8-10 hours. We may travel to your location to provide these services.

5. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: To secure our services, you must complete a booking form and provide a non-refundable deposit.

  • Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the date of service. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other electronic payment methods.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client: If you cancel the booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date will be charged 50% of the total fee.

  • Cancellation by Company: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to our availability.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including photos and videos of our work, remains the intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

8. Liability

We are committed to providing high-quality services but do not guarantee the outcome or longevity of makeup due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or personal skin reactions.

  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin conditions that arise from the use of our products. Clients are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before the service.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms for various reasons, including legal, technical, or operational changes. Any amendments will be communicated through our website or via email.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.

13. Consent to Communication

By availing our services, you consent to receive communication from us via email, phone, or other means regarding your booking and our services.

14. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other party. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

15. Waiver

No waiver of any terms of this agreement shall be treated as a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
